What are the Financial Academy refund and/or guarantee policies?
GUARANTEE
Tuition is waived for a license candidate who desires to retake any module within 90 days
of original course start date, or until passing the license exam, whichever is sooner.
ATTENDANCE & REFUNDS
Your enrollment is under a Single User License Agreement - you may not share your
course access or materials with any other person. Refunds incur a $40 administrative fee.
Text and materials are non-refundable. To receive a tuition refund, all course materials
must be returned unused. Tuition is non-refundable once you have accessed the
OnDemand Portal.
